Our client is a company based in the UK with a strong presence in the USA providing visual business collaboration software for Risk Management, Major Projects, IT & Business Roadmapping and Innovation with a dynamic and exciting work environment that has been experiencing tremendous growth for the last few years. As an interactive data visualisation platform, the product solution can help improve strategic portfolio management across the business and communication to leadership teams.
You will be a key contributor in the sales team responsible for on-going engagement with key customer accounts to ensure they renew annual subscriptions while upselling additional value-add services.
You will partner with customers to ensure you understand their business goals, key success metrics and internal dynamics to ensure success.
Ensure customer contract renewals are executed in a timely fashion and with our goal of 100% annual revenue retention.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company solution in order to recommend and communicate solutions and strategies to key accounts.
You’ve got 10 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management, Technical Pre-Sales or Customer Success
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Demonstrate an ability to build collaborative relationships with customers to proactively leverage opportunities and address challenges.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.
Ability to build strong team relationships with all functions of the business (sales, operations finance, marketing).
Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
