  1. Maintain positive relationships with customers
  2. Supervise contract fulfilment and contributes to its optimization for both the client and the Company
  3. Oversee all factors which might affect contract fulfilment
  4. Establishes and refines processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner
  5. Collaboration with cross-functional units
  6. Assess customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
  7. Remain organized and meet deadlinescoordination role and End-2-End handling for incident-, problem-, change- (incl. service) and capacitymanagement
  8. Responsible for continuous improvement
  9. Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders & OPMs to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.


  1. At least 3 year of Service Delivery Manager experience
  2. Knowledge/Experience with Cloud operation and technologies (preferred)
  3. Good knowledge of IT Service Management Tools (SM9, CMDB, …)
  4. ITIL Foundation certificate, and/or equivalent work experience
  5. local, near- and offshore Team-management experience
  6. Structured and reliable task execution
  7. German and English language knowledge
  8. Certification in any of the above technologies is an advantage
  9. Contract management and negotiation experience (participation in any transition/transformation projects in the IT sector is an advantage)
  10. Service Level Management is an advantage
