Your responsibilities:

  • This is a key position within the Europe marketing communications team and is spearheading the development and implementation of the marketing strategy across the DACH & Russia regions with an emphasis on the local Germany territory
  • You will be functional leader for 3 Junior Marketing Communications Specialist and work together with subject matter experts (e.g. for Digital Marketing, PR, Events etc..)
  • The role reports to the regional marketing Vice President and works in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing plans supporting key areas of the business as well as for the local implementation of global campaigns
  • You will manage overall marketing strategy and plan for the regional category portfolio by leading the development and execution of client centric marketing strategies and programs
  • Teaming up with all regional and global marketing to identify, develop and manage fully integrated marketing opportunities and campaigns – content, digital, communication and event
  • Conducting market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Developing and fostering results-oriented culture with team leveraging Salesforce and Hubspot as the key management and optimisation solutions
  • Produce best-in-class Sales enablement materials, relentlessly pursuing excellence to be and stay at the forefront of the industry
  • Plan and manage budget needed to execute marketing plan with ongoing oversight of ROI

Your profile:

  • You have many years experience in Marketing communications and a proven track record in creating and managing marketing programs that have demonstrated tangible business results
  • Prior experience in B2B/Tech business is a must, ideally in the Tech & Data or Consumer Technology industry
  • Great written skills that have been sharpened for digital-first platforms
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing including marketing automation, social media programs, and industry trends
  • Focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Absolutely fluent in German and English, Russian in addition is a plus
