Our client is a well-known IT training and consultancy company, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).


What you will do…

  • Sales lead development.
  • Source new sales prospects to identify where there is potential of growth.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for account executives and attend those meetings.
  • Clearly communicate the company value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to see if there’s a good fit.


  • 1+ year of experience in roles related to Inside Sales, within the IT&C industry preferable
  • University degree
  • Ability to learn software / technical concepts quickly – IT savvy
  • Ability to connect with people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency, acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas to the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
