Our PM Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood – we’re currently looking for a Team Leader who will guide our PMs on their development path and lead software development projects with success.
As a PM Team Leader you will work both as a people manager and senior Product or Project Manager, depending on your background, with a time ratio of 50% for management and 50% for project-related work.

- You will take charge of our Product & Project management team (6 people so far) and help them achieve even better results,
- You’ll work directly with our CEO and other managers to improve your management skills and become an even better leader than you’ve been so far.
Responsibilities
- You will lead one of the best Product & Project Management Teams,
- You are going to take care of quality standards in Product & Project Management,
- You’re going to work on goals defined within our strategy,
- Together with our CEO and HR team, you’re going to define recruitment needs in your team and participate in the recruitment process,
- You will work on improving the onboarding process for new employees,
- From time to time, you will conduct periodic reviews with team members to motivate them and help them grow.
If your background is Product Management:
- You’re going to co-create a vision and product strategy during the client acquisition phase,
- You will advise our clients on the best possible product development strategy – defining the MVP and further growth,
- Conducting workshops with clients will be your bread and butter in order to define the direction of further product development and creating the product roadmap,
- You will analyse users’ needs and suggestions, collect feedback and opinions through user interviews,
- You’re going to cooperate closely with our product teams (Developers, Designers, QAs),
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Digital Consultant in the IT industry,
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of Product / Project managers,
- Proven track record of created products with a market fit, that have since grown,
- Experience in strategy definition, facilitating workshops and conducting user interviews,
- Broad knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), the Startup Business Lifecycle and Product Design,
- Ability to understand the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications,
- Experience in conducting Design Sprint workshops with clients or using the Strategyzer methodology (Business Model Generation, Testing Business Ideas, Value Proposition Design),
- Knowledge of product business model design, planning and verifying product hypotheses, defining product-market fit, planning a go-to-market strategy,
- Passion for startups and product creation,
- Project management tools (preferably Jira),
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1+) – we work internationally, so that’s a must.
If your background is Project Management:
- Executing 2–3 projects simultaneously within a set scope, schedule and budget,
- Managing our project teams (Developers, Designers, QAs),
- Working closely with our clients throughout the project lifecycle and advising them on the best possible solutions in terms of scalability, development management, tool selection, etc.
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables,
- Supporting our Product Managers and Sales Team during workshops on the client acquisition phase.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry,
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of Product / Project managers,
- Broad knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
- Proven track record in managing product development teams and working directly with your clients with success,
- Ability to understand the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications allowing for seamless communication with the product team,
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira),
- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment – seriously, we’re still growing as a company, so you have to be flexible when it comes to rapid changes,
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1+) – we work internationally, so that’s a must.
Nice to have (both backgrounds):
- Any of the following: CSPO, CSM, PMC, PLC, PEC, PMP, P2M, PMI-ACP, AgilePM or other certificates.
