Main responsibilities :
- Design, plan and implement IT systems and standard solutions, and monitor the performance of systems and infrastructure
- Manage and maintain systems, company servers and software
- Implement, monitor tools to provide analytic trend analysis, capacity planning and performance data
- Attend Help Desk requests related to troubleshoot and repair issues related to servers and backups
- Repair and service equipment related to servers and storage
- Mentor junior team members on technical issues
- Update management regularly and provide reports to give an overall view of the status of the company systems
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT is desirable
- MCSE or other relevant Microsoft Certification would be an asset
- VMWARE / VEEAM certification would be ideal
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
