Your role
We are looking for a technical profile for our helpdesk department who will do 1st and 2nd level IT support.
In this job function, we do not need any administration or project management skills or experience. Position is pure technical.
(1) Primary job function;
o %60 : 1st level Service Desk support (in person/phone/remote access)
o %40 : 2nd Level Service Support
(1) Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ITIL framework
(1) Use ITSM Ticketing tool on daily basis to follow up incidents
Computer Imaging;
o (1) Create Windows images
o (1) Modify Windows images
o (1) Deploy computers via WDS/SCCM
Server Management;
o (1) Use VMWare to manage virtual servers
o (2) Build/update/modify Windows & Linux servers
o (1) Manage file access permissions in AD
o (1) Manage Outlook mailbox/calendar permissions & delegation
o (1) Manage distribution & security Lists
o (2) Manage SQL DB
o (1) Basic PowerShell scripting
o (2) Manage GPOs
o (1) Use MDT/SCCM to deploy images, applications, patches
Backup Management;
o (1) Manage Veeam Backup environment
o (1) Create, monitor & restore backups
Phones Management
o Fix Phones
(1) Manage users, devices & extensions on CUCM
(1) Track assets through an asset tracking system
(2) Manage wireless access system (server, profiles, access points)

Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience
