Job Description
At this Role you will be responsible for:

Provide IT support to end users (e.g., PC imaging, printing, Office 365 usage)
Provide local knowledge and “hands and eyes” support for Global IT projects
Collaborate with Facilities Management to support Meeting Rooms with Conferencing equipment and Office Door Access System
Create and maintain technical documentation for IT Infrastructure and local IT Applications, take ownership in IT quality validation for IT Infrastructure
Provide local IT support activities like Audit support
Set up IT introduction sessions as a part of new employee orientation, provide training for new technology (Hardware and Software)
Be a new technology adoption ambassador
The ideal candidate will have:

Technical skills:

  1. Computer Science Bachelor degree or similar technical degree
  2. Practical experience managing O365 Enterprise set of products (2+ years) – min Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Share Point, Forms
  3. Practical experience deploying corporate end-user laptops (Win10) following existing best practices (2+ years)
  4. Practical experience assisting / supporting / troubleshooting end users face-2-face and via phone at medium/large sized geographically spread company ( 50+ people) (2+ years)
  5. Practical experience managing network equipment (wifi access points, network routers, network switches, Firewalls) – preferably from MicroTik vendor (1+ year)
  6. Practical experience managing office equipment
  7. Vendor management experience (1+ year)
  8. Experience documenting existing processes and creating instructions for existing end-users
  9. Existing Microsoft O365 /Azure Admin Learning and Certification (preferable)
  10. Any existing time management courses (preferable)
  11. Practical experience deploying automation processes / scripts using MS Forms / Power Automate (preferable)
  12. 1C administration experience (1+ years) (nice to have)

Soft skills:

  1. Practical experience to work in and with a team
  2. Work with existing local and global IT team members
  3. Practical experience to prioritize tasks and work under the pressure
  4. Ability to communicate in English (read/write/speak)
  5. Be agile, creative and forward thinking
