What you will have to do:
– Identifying the best candidates to inform them of career opportunities;
– Conducting external searches through strategic sourcing, deep dive searches, cold calling, networking, social media, internet mining techniques, job board utilization;
– CV screening and selection;
– Identifying the best sourcing channels;
– Developing good networking relationships with possible candidates within the community and the company to ensure a strong recruitment pipeline;
– Providing feedback and all the necessary details to candidates, in order to maintain a successful, long-lasting professional relationship ;
– Keeping track of the IT Market changes;
– Following the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process.
You also meet most of the following requirements:
– Full life cycle recruiting experience in an IT company
– Excellent networking and communication skills
– Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
– Ready to help your work buddies when they are in need
