Average knowledge of data transfer and communications equipment (VPN, etc.);

Job description

– Software and hardware configuration of IT&C equipment (computers, printers, network equipment, servers, fixed or mobile communications equipment, etc.);

– Monitors and ensures the operation at optimal parameters of IT&C equipment and services;

– Responsible for carrying out technical support and maintenance activities in the field of IT&C;

– Manages the network access control system (firewall, antivirus systems);

– Provides support – Helpdesk to company employees;

– Provides informational and technical support to internal users in the use of IT equipment;
– Is responsible for the application and observance of security, antivirus and antispam protection policies;
– Is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the computer network;
– Prepares and updates the documentation of the IT infrastructure;
– Keeps track of purchased software licenses and is responsible for installing software products;
– Provides support for company projects that involve activities similar to the job description;
– Improves his professional training and skills, in order to keep up with developments in the IT field.
