Loomis AB is now launching “LOOMIS PAY”, a complete payment solution for cash, cards and other digital payments. The service provides merchants, restaurant owners etc. With a platform that handles all forms of payments, regardless of whether it concerns cash, cards or other digital alternatives and regardless of whether they take place in a physical store or via e-commerce.
LOOMIS PAY is in the starting phase and we now need to strengthen up our team with the combined role “Head of Support and IT maintenance” to start the job with ensuring that the organization runs as profitably and efficiently as possible and is scalable to grow business rapidly and aligning set strategies and business targets with Group stakeholders.
What you’ll be up to
Support will deliver first class, efficient, support, cross country 24/7 in both 1:st and 2:nd line. In the role you will be responsible for routing strategies, workforce management, stakeholder in Salesforce Service Cloud, and alignment with all local country support organisations globally. You will also be responsible to negotiate and manage the global inventory of hardware and distribution to the countries so that they can sell efficiently to the merchants.
In your IT Maintenance role you will be responsible for all IT-services so that we have a product that has high availability and stability. You make sure that IT is delivered 24/7 in all systems/applications/infrastructure. Negotiates best value with suppliers matching the requirements from Business Continuity and architectural requirements from CTO.
Another key component in this role is to recruit and build teams within both Support and IT.

Who you are
You have a record of accomplishment of being a solid leader with a passion for developing people. You have experience from Managerial roles within Support and IT and possess the ability to drive performance within all levels of an organization. You are social and entrepreneurial with a positive mindset towards a fast-changing environment. You are skilled at interacting with stakeholders and navigating in a global company. You have a logical thinking and are able to identify key performance drivers for yourself and your organization. You are able to keep an overall perspective of ongoing matters, but also get excited about processes and documentation.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, IT-related is a plus
- Experience of the “customer meeting” in a call center environment
