The Data and Innovation Delivery Team is responsible for creating and running the Group Innovation and Data Monetization Technology unit. Working with us means you’ll be making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We work as a team, celebrating success and supporting one another.

The role will in theheart of shaping and driving technology disruption and digital transformation for our clients. Themission is to identify and incubate the next generation of services around disruptive technologies in anticipation of future demand from pioneering clients around Data Monetization and Innovation.
He/She will create a team of digital technology experts, who build and deliver those high-quality and innovative technology solutions that help our clients to be successful and change the way their people and customers experience work, life and entertainment.
- Build a long-term relationship with our clients (internals and externals)
- Run a Technology Market Watch in order to feed the Business and IT strategic plans including identifying new Business Opportunities
- Ramp-up the setup of the IT Data and Innovation teams including put into place its Operating Model ( Run / Build). The current teams (around 40-50) are expected to grow exponentially in the next 3 years.
- Deliver the currently engaged Projects that will contribute to the Business Ambitions of Euroclear while introducing new Technology Stacks (Public Cloud, API’s, Blockchain, AI)
- Managing and coordinating diverse teams at our clients, using Agile by default
- Meet operational, contractual and economic commitments including financial forecasting and follow up

What we’re looking for:
Education: The Head of IT Tribe Innovation and Data Monetization has a master’s degree in IT, or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
This is a truly dual role mixing IT Delivery and strategic shaping of the IT and Business ambitions of Euroclear regarding Data Monetization and Innovation. The candidate for this position must have had at least 15 years of working experience, at least 10 of which were spent in delivery of complex IT solutions, ideally introducing new technology and ways of working to an existing organization
He/She will also demonstrate the ability to obtain and filter information (lean startup pratices will be a plus), identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals. A candidate for this position will additionally have a proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business on the market, for example, through trend forecasting, experiential marketing, and innovation.
The suitable candidate will additionally have an overall business acumen and solid financial grounding as well as a proven and successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order to develop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.
Communication Skills: As expected, communication skills are an integral requirement for the role.
Good communication skills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructions down the line to strategy management teams, which will greatly improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Clear communication of sensitive strategic information to business-wide leadership, executives, and stakeholders (CEO, the management committee and all the division heads) will be pivotal in determining how effectively these strategies will be executed across the business. He/She will also be required to draw regular reports and deliver presentations to senior strategy management leadership, executives, and regular stakeholders.
Therefore, these reports must be insightful, clear, easy-to-understand, engaging, and convincing, in order to facilitate appropriate strategy decision-making across the business.
Analytical Skills: The candidate must also possess strong analytical in order to engage with senior IT and Business leadership and help define the strategic ambitions of Euroclear while focusing on the value creation of the Projects he will deliver
Leadership Skills: Providing direction, Strategic agility, Business Acumen, Self-reflection and Inspiring/Engaging are important skills needed to be a strong leader at Euroclear. The candidate needs to be a “thought leader”.
Interpersonal Skills: A candidate for this position will be a strategic and creative thinker, be result-driven, be self-motivated and proactive, have strong and innovative problem solving skills, be open and welcoming to change, and work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment.
He/She must also work comfortably in group/collaborative setting or with business executives and stakeholders, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
