Overview

You are a motivated and talented new business sales development representative looking to further your career by joining a growing, dynamic EMEA sales team. Your responsibilities are to prospect for and open new leads by working alongside both the marketing demand generation team and your colleagues in the EMEA sales team. This position requires a proactive prospecting attitude and the resilience to overcome rejections and setbacks daily while searching for new business.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Initiate new sales cycles through varied prospecting activities to book online first appointments for either an Account Manager or Solutions Sales Specialist
  • Co-create with your colleagues outbound prospecting campaigns into specific vertical markets and countries in the EMEA region
  • Co-create with your colleagues outbound prospecting campaigns into specific channel partners that the company intends to Acquire or Expand a business relationship
  • Co-create with your colleagues outbound prospecting campaigns into major vendors such as Microsoft and Google to discover new contacts for either an Account Manager or Solutions Sales Specialist to work with
  • Have a daily schedule, weekly goal and monthly outcome based cookbook of sales goals to achieve via the activities to be executed
  • Consistently execute time bound sales campaigns with specific activities such as telephone prospecting, email campaigns and personalized one-to-one video campaigns to reach out to new contacts
  • Use Cognism Prospector as a B2B data source to identify new end user prospects across both the Enterprise and SME sectors
  • Use business social media including LinkedIn, Xing and Twitter to research prospects and better connect potential clients and partners
  • Attend relevant digital online events hosted either by Microsoft, Google, channel partners or industry events to find new contacts to prospect alongside undertaking your own online research
  • Understand the value proposition and ideal client profiles to best position their offerings and to hook initial interest with prospects to speak further with the sales team
  • Track all your sales activities and pipeline in CRM to ensure accurate reporting and lead passing

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 1+ years sales experience in a technology-related business
  • Are a fast learner and are willing to learn from your colleagues
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bulgarian, English and either French or German
  • Demonstrated ability for sales prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams including marketing and sales teams based both in the USA and EMEA
  • Be a self-starter with high energy and a strong sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business model utilizing metrics to support sales activity and personal performance
  • Experience with a CRM platform for opportunity management – creating contacts, opportunities, assigning owners and maintaining CRM to keep it up to date
  • Desire to work in a mid-sized, entrepreneurial company with a can‐do, team-oriented attitude
  • Ideally you will have experience working with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io or similar CRM or email sequencing platforms
