  • B2B sales experience (products or services)
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • experience in identifying opportunities, negotiating and concluding contracts
  • cross-selling and upselling skills, based on understanding the real needs of the client
  • extroverted personality, easily opening and nurturing business relationships
  • interest in new trends in artificial intelligence and decision-making
  • consistent network of business connections you can access

It is an advantage:

  • experience in selling FMCG (or professional services) in a fast-growing company
  • experience in launching products or running a business

Job description:

  • identify and contact potential customers – based on our suggestions or our own network of contacts
  • build strategic relationships with client companies and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships
  • follow in CRM the concluded contracts, the placed orders and their delivery, monitoring the commercial relationship with your own client portfolio
  • cooperate with marketing and market prospecting teams to better understand the potential of market segments and individual customers


  • motivating remuneration – variable, directly dependent on the generated sales
  • induction project on a segment of products easy to offer and sell
  • access to proprietary market data and information – for a more informed approach to the sales pitch
