RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance of the department’s hardware equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, security systems, network equipment) and software;
  • Provides technical support for existing customers;
  • Maintains relations at the technical level with external producers in order to solve various technical problems;
  • Establishes the hardware and software equipment necessary to carry out the activity in the department;
  • Install and configure activity-specific software;
  • Configures and monitors the computer network of the department;
  • Manages software licenses held within the department;
  • Maintenance of software systems and services (servers, communications, data backup, etc.)
  • Train users;

REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduate of the technical faculty in the IT&C field;
– Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
– Ability to manage a complex computer system, incorporating various technologies and solutions;
– Knowledge and concepts of network architectures, connectivity standards and operating systems;

– Hardware and software configuration techniques;

– Organized nature, able to work under pressure;
– Good communication and teamwork skills;

– Intermediate written and spoken English.
